Napoleon III bamboo and tile planter jardinière.
A superb and rare C19th French indoor planter in the Japanese style. Set within a floor-standing bamboo frame with tiled front and three woven grass on pine panels, the jardinière is missing its original zinc insert but is perfect for displaying potted plants.
In very good, sturdy condition with some wear consistent with age and use. A small area of colour imperfection on one tile (see photo).
